How to Monitor Your Shipment?
After the shipment is arranged, we will provide you with the tracking number (air waybill number), a copy of the air waybill, a photo of the parcel, and a tracking link. You can then track the parcel through the courier’s tracking system. We will also keep you updated on the delivery status.
If any unexpected issues arise, we will notify you promptly and advise you on the best way to handle them.
