When will you get our offer?
After get your enquiry, if all necessary elements all included, we will make offer and/or send quotation sheet(s) within one working day.

 

How to Palce An Order

After get offer/quotation from us, you could reply us and inform which model and how many set/pc you could like to order, along with shipping address. We will offer you the shipping cost soon, you could appoint the courier or forwarder.

After your agreed with shipping charge, we will then release Proforma Invoice along with payment routes.

You could then follow up payment routes on proforma invoice and arrange remittance. After payment/deposit arrive us, we will arrange shipment within defined lead time stated on invoice.

After arranged the shipment, you can Monitor the Shipment.

 

How To Monitor Shipment

We will state estimated shipment period on Proforma Invoice.

After arranged shipment, we will advise you tracking number (air waybill number) and send you air waybill copy, photo of the parcel and tracking link. You could then trace the bill on courier's tracking system. We will keep you posted on delivery status also.
If any unexpected affairs happed, we will release notifications and advise how to handle.
